This is one of many parks in Buenos Aires. It's located between Recoleta and Palermo, but is technically considered Palermo.
It has an amazing rose garden, three lakes, paddle boats, ducks, and a great museum of local B.A. artists with a cue outdoor cafe that serves the BEST home squeezed "ginger, mint lemonade". Ummm!
