My New Friend, Harper!
I made a new friend, Harper...we met up at the playground last week at had a great time. We just found out Harper will be in our same preschool class! Yippee!!
Jaiden and Chloe BFF's!
Cutie Jaiden spends the day with us from time to time. We have a great time together. Chloe gets super excited for him to come over and squeals "Jaiden!!!" when he arrives in the mornings.
Hanging Out at Beach Chalet...I found a friend!
We spent a beautiful Saturday at the Beach Chalet where we enjoyed some margaritas, lunch, and live music. Chloe found a little French friend. Turns out "play" is a universal language...no translation needed.

A Cousin is On the Way!

The Two Year Old Update
Chloe Soleil has grown into a little girl over the past year. She's officially a toddler with lots to say and a great BIG personality! Her vocabulary is getting bigger and bigger every day. She repeats almost everything she hears these days. Some of her vocab includes: uppies, kiss, cute, sit down, out, in, up, down, weeee, voom voom, go go, oh no, shoes, hat, night night, slippers, banana...just to name a few. She can string three words together to make a sentence. Her favorite activities right now are going to the park, riding the carousel, coloring, playing with her friends and role playing with her baby dolls. Chloe is now 32 inches tall, and 29lbs, which is very tall and lean for her age! According to the formula, Chloe will be 5'7"" when she's an adult!
Chloe is still as fearless as ever, she will enter almost any situation ready to try anything and wants to meet and play with lots of other babies. As she grows, she also shows another side to her...sometimes quietly observant and hesitant before entering some situations. In Mom's mind, a perfect balance for a bright little girl!

We spent the day at the playground, hoping to take a few carousel rides, but the Merry Go Round is closed on Mondays. No bother...we played in the water instead!
Mom and Dad bought me my very own tricycle for my birthday! Value Act Capital, make room for one more rider!
Look Who Turned Two!
Chloe Soleil had her second birthday on April 13th! We had a wonderful time celebrating...here are some photos from the joint April baby birthday party we had at Alamo Square with all of Chloe's little friends. A special thank you to Grandma for making the trip out to celebrate!
